Return Process

  Choose whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or a store credit for a future eco-friendly purchase.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused portion of your product back in its original compostable packaging to ensure it arrives safely back to our facility.

  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
